Quotes are based on the information you give us. If the job turns out to be different on the day (extra items, access issues, extra time), we talk to you before any extra charges.

Goods are carried under the terms agreed at booking. Please tell us about any high-value or fragile items before your move.

Cancellations and changes: please give us as much notice as possible so we can reschedule.

Rubbish removal: please tell us about anything hazardous beforehand. Some items carry disposal fees, which we confirm in your quote.
